Oway "E-way" affiliate program terms & conditions
- Commission is calculated on net sales (excluding taxes, shipping fees, discounts, and returns).
- Payouts are issued monthly, during the first week of the following month, only when your accumulated commission exceeds $250. Amounts under the threshold will roll over to the next cycle.
- A 30-day holding period applies to all commissions to account for returns or chargebacks.
- Commissions are paid in the form of digital gift cards redeemable exclusively on our B2B store: https://pro.owayusa.com.
- Gift card values reflect the full eligible commission earned above the threshold.
- Commissions apply only to eligible products defined by your current commercial agreement. For example, hair salons will not earn commissions on skincare products unless explicitly included in their authorized assortment.
- All sales must be tracked via your unique affiliate link. Sales not tracked this way are not eligible for commission.
- Self-referrals and coupon abuse are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.
- Affiliates may not engage in unauthorized brand bidding, impersonation, or other deceptive marketing practices.
- We reserve the right to modify commission rates, adjust the payout structure, or remove affiliates from the program at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
- Participation in the affiliate program constitutes full acceptance of these terms and any future updates.
