It takes a long time to suds up... I put some in my palm (1 tsp) and lather, then rub into my scalp. No suds. I do it a 2nd time. Al most suds, but they die. The third time, I get suds. Given the price point, this stresses me out a little as I'd like to make it last as long as possible! But I do like the smell, and the way it cares for my hair.

On thoroughly wet hair, dispense the desired amount into one hand and use the fingers of the other to apply directly to the scalp. Massage using gentle, circular motions until a soft lather forms. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if needed for a complete cleanse.

    Towel-dry well. Comb a walnut-sized amount through lengths and ends. Leave 5 minutes, up to 10 on porous lengths. Rinse cool.
