It takes a long time to suds up... I put some in my palm (1 tsp) and lather, then rub into my scalp. No suds. I do it a 2nd time. Al most suds, but they die. The third time, I get suds. Given the price point, this stresses me out a little as I'd like to make it last as long as possible! But I do like the smell, and the way it cares for my hair.
